It all began when this image hit the front page of /r/Atheism. Neil DeGrasse Tyson, an atheist, mentions how odd it is for people to get together to discuss their atheism.
The fact that this would be so heavily up-voted on a subforum guilty of exactly the thing it’s criticizing would seem ironic to most. And rest assured, no irony was lost.
